Brainworx has updated bx_control to 1.0.3. The biggest news is that it’s now available as AU, but users on any platform should update because it also improves the MONO MAKER and fixes a few small bugs.

Brainworx also reports that they will release new AU versions of bx_digital (around Messe Frankfurt, March 12-15) and bx_hybrid (approx. April) as well.

Brainworx has now finally released their M/S matrix - the bx_control. This enables you to use any other stereo or multi-mono plug-in in M/S mode - and still use the sophisticated Brainworx M/S features such as Solo Buttons (for M/S/L&R), M/S Stereo Width control, MONO MAKER, etc.

As previously mentioned, Brainworx will release two new plug-ins, intended for TV and broadcast.

bx_solo will be released in the RTAS and VST plug-in formats, and was designed to familiarize users with M/S separation with Solo Buttons for M, S, L & R plus stepped stereo width.

bx_control utilizes a M/S matrix for incorporating other plug-ins and includes Mono Maker (up to 26kHz) and M/S Stereo Width control, plus Solo Buttons for L, R, M & S.
