Digidesign won the award for high-end mixing desk with the Icon D-Command (now give me one for review!) but were defeated in the recording software category by Cubase4.

Oh, and a note to all you who’s still hoping for a new Logic release, the MIPA award nominees for best software was Cubase4, Pro Tools HD and Logic Pro 7.3
