REVIEW: Crowley & Tripp microphones

The last months I’ve tried a whole bunch of ribbon microphones, high-end ones and low-end ones. I managed to get my hands on three Crowley & Tripp microphones and figured I’d share my opinion about them. They’re no longer being made, at least not under the Crowley & Tripp name, Shure bought the company a while back and is now manufacturing some of them under their own name.
