SPL Vitalizer MK2-T plug-in to be released
SPL has announced that they will release a plug-in version of the SPL Vitalizer MK2-T. Funny thing is, I heard this a while back because I emailed Dirk of SPL/Brainworx and asked “will you be releasing an emulation of the Vitalizer soon?” and Dirk responded he would try the first beta in 10 minutes! Unfortunately I couldn’t tell you all about it, but they have now spilled the beans themselves.
The Vitalizer MK2-T is the tube version of the regular MK2. The plug-in is still in beta (I haven’t tried it) but will be released December 7th. I guess you can tell that I’m looking forward to give it a go! So far the SPL plug-ins has been great so I have no doubt in that this will be an excellent emulation as well.
There’s no info on the plug-in on the SPL website yet, but if you want to know more about the actual hardware, they have a page for it on their website.

I was pleasantly shocked by the twin tube, and the free-Q. I hope they don’t premium-price this one – who wants to place bets on the price??
