I don’t own and Røde mic’s, haven’t even really tried them so I don’t know if they’re good or not. What I do know is that Røde has a pretty interesting “university”, online video clips that is. In their last series, they educated people on the topic of recording instrument, this time it’s location recording (looks like the instrument recording class is still there in case you missed it). Only one part up so far, and it’s mostly an ad, hopefully they’ll get to “teaching” a little more in the later episodes.
