bx_cleansweep freebie released

Brainworx has released their previously announced freebie bx_cleansweep (thanks Nils!).

It’s a HP/LP filter with joystick control (up/down is for HP and left/right is for LP) making it super fast to tweak liberal filter settings. There are regular knobs as well if you prefer those. It’s working fine here, except that the preset buttons acts a bit funky on my controller.

You can grab it here

  4. Sorry to again post something non related.
to stiff: heard anything one this story?
“Well, they layed off 44 Digidesign employees last week, including a number of folks who apparently were key to PT’s development to date, and seems they are also planning on a good number of more layoffs coming soon as well. They’re in the midst of outsourcing a lot of the coding, testing and support staff to the Ukraine and elsewhere.
fwiw – my contact in Digi didn’t know of a release for an “HD Next Generation” in the near future at all. Avid branded faceplates are going to replace all the Digi and M-Audio logos on the hardware soon though.

    Best regards,
    Steve Berson”

I think I might have started to use Logic just in time :) or actually :(
