M-Audio Micro – tiny USB interface

Mister G. over at the German ProTooler Blog stumbled upon an interesting interface from M-Audio.
Here are the features according to the Digidesign store:
Features:
• Ultra-compact design for maximum portability and convenience
• Native support of Ultra-low latency ASIOtm driver architecture
• Near-zero latency Hardware Input Monitoring
• 1/8” stereo Output port connects to your headphones or speakers
• 1/8” Input port allows you to connect and record a Guitar, Microphone, or line-level signal**.
• 16-bit 44.1 khz recording capability
Dang gang! Give me an Mbox Micro with digital ins!

BTW this is the interface that ships with M-Audio Session Software.
Also this interface is not compatible with Pro Tools M-Powered.

actually it is compatible with Pro Tools M-Powered. i am currently using this in conjunction with my profire 610 to do edits when on the road. it is sold with session or PT essentials with the assumption that you have the option to upgrade to full m powered.
