Massey de-esser coming soon
It’s no longer just a rumor or a pipe dream, the awaited Massey de-esser is soon coming. The pictures filename happens to be ds50 if you’re interested in name speculation, personally I find feature speculation much more interesting. From what I can tell it looks like a really simple design, which I suppose is staying true to the Massey heritage. It’s also in contrast to the latest breed of de-essers, like the E2deesser and the SuprEsser.
look at the dry-wet knob…awesome feature

I complete agree… Love ‘m. Does anybody know massey himself btw? I tried sending an email. I was just wondering if (if he has got the time and sees the need) he was interested in building a tilt EQ plug in. You know; like on the older Quad amps. Lift highs and cut lows with one button. Or the other way around. Maybe with a variable center freq…. I would love such a simple eq and have never seen it before.
