Studio Devil Virtual Guitar Amp
I got tipped about a company called Studio Devil and their RTAS plug-in Virtual Guitar Amp. It says it’s now available on all platforms, but I’m not sure about if the RTAS version is new or not. I’ll post it under news anyway. If it isn’t new and I’ve missed it then perhaps someone else has as well.
hey stiff, the RTAS is new this week. I actually did beta testing on this one.
Its a great sounding distortion too.

Well there really isn’t anything like it in this price range and for PT. $79
It doesn’t do as much as Guitar Rig, or Amplitude or Eleven, but there is 0 latency, and extremely low cpu, which can not be said about the above 3.
I like that it a very simple layout, it resembles hardware, but not any specific amp. It has all the controls you need, and nothing more.
I can’t really compare it to any other plugin.

i really like it !!! its straight to the bone and sounds like its being made
by a guitar player !! That seems to be my next purchase …i would say its like
the plugs from mr. massey…same league…same price…hope more to come
